Michael-James Development, LLC. is a developer and general contractor focusing on custom home building in the western suburbs.   We build a variety of single family homes ranging from 2,700sq.ft. to over 5,000sq.ft.

We work closely with our planners and architects to provide quality housing in the well-established, west suburban neighborhoods. These neighborhoods have experienced unprecedented growth in custom home construction because of their good schools, great commuter transportation to downtown Chicago and proximity to "in town" shopping, good restaurants and community events.
